How is this better than just using an app
or a notebook?
I started my YouTube channel, Home Cafe by Charlie, about 8 years ago and make videos on espresso, latte art, and coffee gear to help people make better coffee at home.
Every espresso lover knows the pain of dialing in the same coffee repeatedly. You want to get a great coffee out but you forgot what you’ve tried, and end up getting yucky coffee even though you’ve paid all this money for a nice espresso setup.
Trying to remember settings for multiple beans is a struggle, especially with apps that are too complicated or notebooks that take time to set up and look a bit rubbish.
That’s why I created The Brew Ledger. This simple journal makes it easy to track your espresso recipes, favorite beans, and tasting notes.
It’s already helping coffee lovers create their best shots EVER and sharpen their espresso game.
I’d love for you to give it a try.
